Another meeting brings another day of more heated moments during a Board of Hospital Trustees Meeting on Thursday, March 15th, 2012 in Needles, California.

The incident occurred during Agenda Item #7(B), regarding the possible election of a President for the remaining term through June 30th, 2012.

Board of Hospital Trustees Member Rudy Zamora talked about how Board of Hospital Trustees President Jeffrey H. Williams was running the Board of Hospital Trustees as well as accused the Board of Hospital Trustees President Jeffrey H. Williams of being a “One Board Member” in making decides without the knowledge of other Board of Hospital Trustees Members.

Board of Hospital Trustees President Jeffrey H. Williams calls what Board of Hospital Trustees Member Rudy Zamora was saying, “Not True” and asked Board of Hospital Trustees Member Rudy Zamora to show proof of a time that Board of Hospital Trustees President Jeffrey H. Williams was being a “One Board Member” in making decides without the knowledge of other Board of Hospital Trustees Members.

Board of Hospital Trustees Member Rudy Zamora motioned to change Board of Hospital Trustees President but because nobody else on the Board of Hospital Trustees seconded the motion to change Board of Hospital Trustees President, the motion died and wasn’t approved.
