Needles, CA: Couple arrested for possession of narcotics for sale and child endangerment.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, at 7:55am PT on Thursday, June 9th, 2016, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station served a search warrant on the 1000 block of Lilyhill Drive in Needles, California.

During the search of the residence, deputies located suspected methamphetamine and items associated with the sales of methamphetamine.

Based on the condition of the residence, as well as what was located with in the apartment, deputies determined the residence was not safe for the children.

The couple,  identified by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department as 36 year old Bobbie Lynn Palmer from Needles, California and 33 year old Stephan Loy Barrington from Needles, California, were arrested for possession of narcotics for sale and child endangerment.

The couple was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking and their bail was set at $100,000.

The children were released into the custody of a family member.
