News Alert!!: Phelan, CA: Homicide Detectives arrest 2 Arizona residents for a 2015 murder.

 

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Allan Godfrey lived on Dale Brewster and Debbie Harris’ property in the 10000 Block of Wilson Ranch Road in Phelan, California.

 

At 5:00am PT on Saturday, August 18th, 2015, Dale Brewster called the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Phelan, Station and reported he had been in a physical fight with Allan Godfrey on Friday, August 17th, 2015.

 

Deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Phelan Station responded and interviewed Dale Brewster.

 

Dale Brewster described the fight and told deputies that Allan Godfrey ran from the property after the fight.

 

At 9:00pm PT on Saturday, August 18th, 2015, Allan Godfrey’s family reported him missing and filed a report.

 

Detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Phelan Station conducted the missing person investigation.

 

On Tuesday, December 8th, 2015, a body was found in a shallow grave in Llano, California.

 

On Monday, March 7th, 2016, the body was identified as Allan Godfrey.

 

After positive identification was made, detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Homicide Detail assumed the investigation.

 

On Friday, September 23rd, 2016, homicide detectives located 45 years old Dale Brewster and 48 years old Debbie Harris in Seligman, Arizona.

 

Homicide detectives met with sheriff’s personnel from the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Department and arrested Dale Brewster and Debbie Harris at a motel in the 22200 block of West Old Highway 66 in Seligman, Arizona.

 

Dale Brewster and Debbie were arrested for PC 187-Murder and booked at the Prescott Jail in Arizona.

 

Bail was set at $1,000,000.00.
