Fontana, CA: Suspect arrested in possible family violence triple homicide.

According to Fontana Police Department, at approximately 2:54am PT on Wednesday, January 4th, 2016, Fontana Police Department received a call of shoots fired at 14520 Village Drive in Fontana, California.

Upon arrival officers confronted a male suspect with a gun walking in in the interior of the apartment complex.

The suspect dropped his gun per officers commands and was taken into custody without any further incident.

Officers made entry into an apartment and located four victim’s of gunshot wounds.

According to Fontana Police Department, 2 female adults and a male adult were pronounced deceased at the scene.

A 4th male victim was transported to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in critical condition and is currently in surgery.

The suspect is currently being questioned reference this incident and his name will be released later in the day.

According to Fontana Police Department, 73 year old Ali Zafar was arrested for homicide.

Investigations revealed suspect killed family members over longstanding financial family issue.
