Needles, CA: Deputies arrested a person for child abuse, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, on Saturday, March 11th, 2017 deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 2000 block of Casa Linda Street in Needles, California.
Deputies contacted a 14 year old male juvenile who told them he had been in a fight with his mother, identified by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department as 41 year old Stephanie Firestone of Needles, California.
The investigation revealed that Stephanie Firestone bit the juvenile on the chest, causing visible injuries.
The juvenile sustained serious cuts on his face and a large bite mark on his chest requiring treatment by paramedics while at the scene.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, after further investigation Stephanie Firestone was found to be in possession of paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
Stephanie Firestone was booked at the Colorado River Station Jail in Needles, California for PC. 273a(a), Child Abuse, H&S 11377(A) Possession of a Controlled Substance, and H&S 11364(A) Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia.
Stephanie Firestone was being held on $100,000 bail.
