– Agenda Item #16: Continue the hearing on the subpoenas issued to River Road Resort and their respective representatives to April 25, 2017 at 6 p.m. at 1111 Bailey Avenue, Needles, California 92363 and the subpoenaed parties are hereby ordered to appear at that date and time and produce the subpoenaed documents unless excused in advance in writing by the city manager.
