Breaking News!!: Pomona, CA: Vehicle in Amber Alert located as search continues for 1 year old girl and “armed and dangerous” father.

Authorities have announced on Tuesday, April 25th, 2017 that a vehicle in an Amber Alert for a 1 year old girl in Rancho Cucamonga, California, who was abducted allegedly by a “armed and dangerous” man, her reported father, has been located but without the child or her father.

The vehicle, a red 2012 4 door Mitsubishi Galant, was found abandoned in Pomona, California at around 11:00pm PT on Monday, April 24th, 2017.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the girl, identified as  1 year old Lexi Segura, was abducted by her father, 38 year old Daniel Segura, from Rancho Cucamonga, California on Monday, April 24th, 2017.

Lexi Segura was last seen wearing a baby blue shirt with gold writing on it, blue jeans, and pink shoes.

Lexi Segura has brown hair, brown eyes, and is 3 feet tall, weighing about 35 pounds.

The suspect, Daniel Segura, is described as a male Hispanic, brown hair, and brown eyes.

Daniel Segura is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.

Daniel Segura was last seen wearing a dark T-shirt, dark baseball cap and jeans.

Daniel Segura has numerous tattoos on his arms and neck.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Daniel Segura is considered “armed and dangerous.”

NBC affiliate KNBC Channel 4 is reporting that the mother told investigators Daniel Segura threatened suicide by law enforcement, and threatened to kill himself and 1 year old girl rather than go back to prison.
