Regarding Agenda Item #15: Needles City Manager Rick Daniels read an email from Ruth Musser-Lopez opposing the sale of the old fire station and asked that the agenda item be removed from the agenda.

After the reading of the email members of the Needles City Council voted 4-1 to approve authorizing the City Manager to execute documents selling the city owned property located at 633 Front Street (former Fire Station) to Baker Ambulance for $60,000.

Needles City Council Member Louise Evans voted “No” on Agenda Item #15.
