Police scanner reporting an accident involving a vehicle and a burro along eastbound Arizona State Route 68, between mile maker #3 and #4, in Bullhead City, Arizona.
No reports of injuries to the occupies in the vehicle, but the burro is reported to be dead.
The shoulder and #1 lane of eastbound Arizona State Route 68 was partially blocked by vehicle debris and burro, but have since been cleared.
Please drive with caution at night driving up into the local mountains for burros crossing the roadway, especially in the mountains near Bullhead City, Arizona and Oatman, Arizona.

Breaking News!!: Needles, CA: Semi truck overturns along westbound Interstate 40 and crashes onto southbound East Broadway.

ZachNews has learned of a semi truck that has overturned along westbound Interstate 40 and crashes onto East Broadway in Needles, California.

ZachNews was broadcasting live on Facebook as he arrived to the crash which occurred at around 3:17am PT on Thursday, April 12th, 2018.

These are pictures taken by ZachNews Photojournalist Zachary A. Lopez of the cab of the semi truck along southbound East Broadway and along westbound Interstate 40, guard rail damage seen along the left side of westbound Interstate 40 and what appears to be another trailer along Interstate 40.

The California Highway Patrol tells ZachNews that the semi truck left the interstate, entered the center dirt meridian, and the front of the semi truck collided through the metal guard rail into the dirt meridian where the trailer then rollover onto its left side along the overpass above East Broadway.

The semi truck and front trailer continued into the center dirt meridian between the eastbound and westbound Interstate 40 and continued down the embankment onto East Broadway where the cab of the semi truck and trailer landed along southbound East Broadway.

Earlier, Kevin Brown sent in this picture into ZachNews of the other trailer from a semi truck as well as San Bernardino County Fire Department on scene.

Kevin Brown tells ZachNews that that a person was being put in the ambulance.

Well on the way over to the crash, an Baker Emergency Medical Service ambulance was seen with San Bernardino County Fire Department at the helipad next to Colorado River Medical Center where a medical helicopter was taking off.

The California Highway Patrol confirms that the driver of the semi truck had major injuries in the crash and was flown by medical helicopter from the helipad at Colorado River Medical Center to University Medical Center of Las Vegas, Nevada.

The left lane of westbound Interstate 40 and the right lane of East Broadway is closed for clean up.

Motorists are getting by the crash on the right lane of westbound Interstate 40 and on the left lane of East Broadway, but use caution in the area of the crash.

California Highway Patrol initially reporting at the accident was near Needles Highway, but was changed to East Broadway.

According to the Yucca Fire District, a semi truck has rollover along eastbound Frontage Road in Yucca, Arizona.

The rollover occurred before 9:34pm PT on Friday, March 23rd, 2018.

Yucca Fire District, Desert Hills Fire District, Arizona Department of Public Safety, Mohave County Sheriff’s Department, and Arizona Department of Transportation have responded to the rollover.

At this moment, no further information regarding any injures released to the rollover.

According to the California Highway Patrol, at approximately 11:25am PT on Tuesday, February 27th, 2018, officers from the California Highway Patrol Needles Area responded to a rollover collision on eastbound Interstate 40, east of Water Road, west of Needles, California.

Once on scene, officers determined that this incident was a 2 vehicle collision, involving a 2008 Chevrolet and 2008 Toyota; with one of the vehicles over turned in the open desert to the south of Interstate 40.

Initial investigation suggests that 70 year old Kenneth Colombero from Upland, California (P-1) was traveling eastbound on Interstate 40 within the #2 lane at a high rate of speed.

While attempting to overtake 70 year old Robert Graham from Mire Loma, California (P-2) who was traveling within the #1 lane of eastbound Interstate 40, P-1 allowed the left front of his vehicle to strike the right rear of P-2’s vehicle.

P-1’s vehicle then made a hard right turn toward the open desert south of Interstate 40, where it overturned several times.

During the rollover, a passenger in the bed Kenneth Colombero’s pickup truck was ejected and suffered fatal injuries.

That passenger is identified as 64 year old Lawrence Berger from Upland, California.

Kenneth Colombero also suffered fatal during this collision.

The right front passenger in Kenneth Colombero’s vehicle suffered major injuries and was transported to Sunrise Hospital via helicopter.

The right front passenger is identified as 58 year old Mary Berger from Upland, California.

Robert Graham did not suffer any injury.

ZachNews has learn from the California Highway Patrol that this fatal accident is a separate crash that occurred in the same area a few minutes later, which that later accident involving 2 semi trucks along eastbound Interstate 40 near Water Road had no injures involved.

The semi truck with trailer accident occurred at 1:53pm PT on Saturday, February 17th, 2018.

Cal Fire responded to the semi truck with trailer accident.

According to the California Highway Patrol, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Coroner Division has been called to the “Fatality” accident.

All lanes of eastbound Interstate 40 were closed following the fatal crash.

Motorists were told to use Hidden Springs Road to National Trails Highway (Route 66) back to Interstate 40 in Newberry Springs, California.

As of 6:02pm PT, Caltrans District 8 is saying that a lane of eastbound Interstate 40 is open.

As of 8:11am PT on Sunday, February 18th, 2018, Caltrans District 8 is saying that all lanes of eastbound Interstate 40 are open.

A semi truck and trailer is on its side blocking lanes of eastbound Interstate 40 pass the Hidden Springs Road in Daggett, California.

Cal Fire and a medical helicopter is in route to the incident.

Both directions of Interstate 10 in Rialto, California are slowly being reopen following a fiery crash that killed 5 people on Friday, February 16th, 2018.

The fiery crash occurred near Riverside Avenue shortly before 1:00pm PT.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a concrete pumping truck traveling westbound along Interstate 10 in the third lane crossed over onto eastbound lanes of Interstate 10, taking out a guardrail, and crashes head on into multiple vehicles, including a trash truck and a motorcycle.

Several of the vehicles were fully engulfed in flames, and some of the vehicles were underneath the concrete pumping truck.

Firefighters from Rialto Fire Department, Colton Fire Department, and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the fiery crash.

According to the California Highway Patrol, 5 people have been confirmed killed in a crash, a drive was non life threatening injured and sent to a local hospital, and another driver walked away without injuries.

It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the driver crossed onto the eastbound side.

Both directions of Interstate 10 were closed for hours due to a fiery crash causing a big traffic jam that was backed up for several mile.

Through the afternoon and into the overnight hours, accident investigators investigate the fiery crash well tow crews and Caltrans crews work to remove the wreckage from the fiery crash and clean up any debris as well as make any repairs along both sides of Interstate 10.

As of 6:20am PT on Saturday, February 17th, 2018, the Caltrans District 8 said that 2 lanes of eastbound Interstate 10 at Riverside Avenue are open and the #3 and #4 lanes of westbound Interstate 10 are open.
