News Update!!: Fort Mohave, AZ: Brush fire contained.

A brush fire that was burning near Corona Road, near Downey Road just west of Arizona State Route 95, in Fort Mohave, Arizona has been contained.

As of 9:21pm MST, the Mohave Valley Fire Department said that the fire is contained, and that crews will stay monitoring the fire all night tonight and tomorrow as well.

According to Fire Marshal Don Gibson with the Mohave Valley Fire Department, the fire is currently at 42 acres, and the fire is contained on all four sides.

There will be Crews working the fire throughout the night and tomorrow.

The brush fire started at around 2:00pm MST on Saturday, May 19th, 2018.

Timothy Terral contacted ZachNews about the brush fire, where the brush fire was burning, and sent in these are pictures of the brush fire.

Timothy Terral also sent into ZachNews this video from the brush fire.

According to Fire Marshal Don Gibson with the Mohave Valley Fire Department, the fire is burning of heavy brush, no structures threatened at this time, and the cause of the brush fire under investigation.

Firefighters from Mohave Valley Fire Department, Fort Mojave Mesa Fire Department, Bullhead City Fire Department, and Oatman Fire Department, and units responding from Bureau of Land Management in Kingman, Arizona responded to the brush fire.

According to Mohave Valley Fire Department Fire Marshal Don Gibson, units from Mohave Valley Fire Department, Fort Mohave Mesa fire, San Bernardino County Fire, and Golden Shores fire responded to a reported structure fire in the 2100 block of Cabot Drive.

ZachNews Photojournalist Zachary A. Lopez rushed over to the fire and was broadcasting live from the sense of the fire.

Units arrived on scene to find a fully involved garage fire with exposures of a car and a travel trailer.

The fire was extinguished without incident at 2:29am MST.

There were no reported injuries to firefighters or the public.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.

According to the Mohave Valley Fire Department, firefighters responded to a vehicle rollover crash on Dike Road just north of Willow Valley Marina in Mohave Valley, Arizona.

The vehicle rollover crash occurred before 3:00pm MST on Monday, February 12th, 2018.

Mohave Valley Fire Department Engine 811, Medic 811, and 805, along with Fort Mojave Tribal Police Department and the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office all responded to the vehicle rollover.

According to the Mohave Valley Fire Department, a person with minor injury transported to Valley View Medical Center by Medic 811.

According to the Mohave Valley Fire Department, firefighters responded to a head on vehicle collision on Aha Macav Parkway, just north of the Avi Resort and Casino, in Laughlin, Nevada.

The head on vehicle collision occurred before 4:50pm PT on Sunday, February 11th, 2018.

Mohave Valley Fire Department Station 84, along with Fort Mojave Mesa Fire Department Station 91 and 92, Clark County Fire Department Station 85, Fort Mojave Tribal Police Department, American Medical Response ambulance, and Classic Air responded, all to the head on vehicle collision.

According to the Mohave Valley Fire Department, 5 patients were transported by ground to Valley View Medical Center and a patient was transported to Havasu Regional by Classic Air.

According to Mohave Valley Fire Department, Golden Shores Fire Department arrived on scene to find a fully involved structure.

Firefighters from Golden Shores Fire Department, Mohave Valley Fire Department, Fort Mohave Mesa Fire Department, and Oatman Fire Department responded to a structure fire.

According to Mohave Valley Fire Department, no injuries reported at this moment.

Firefighters put out the fire at 3:27am MST and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

A transformer catches on fire at the corner of King Street and Kingsley Street in Mohave Valley, Arizona causing power outage.

The fire occurred before 7:49am MST on Thursday, January 11th, 2018.

According to the Mohave Valley Fire Department, firefighters responded to the fire and put out the flames.

Utility crews with Mohave Electric Cooperative repaired the transformer and restored power to the affected area.

At this moment, unknown what caused the fire.
